Company ProfileEstablished in 1996 conducting Housing Quality Standard inspections as well as Work Scopes for HOME, CDBG and AHC programs to assist low to moderate homeowners with much needed repairs. Mr. Morosco was at the forefront of HUD's brand new public housing standard The Uniform Physical Inspection System where he conducted tens of thousands of physical inspections utilizing both Federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) we have also conducted Physical Needs Assessments, Mold and Indoor Air Quality Investigations and HUD Section 504 Compliance Reviews. We have conducted hundreds of training classes with thousands of attendees for Public and Private Housing Management, Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS), Housing Quality Standards (HQS), Indoor Air Quality Assessments, 504 Compliance.
